Product Description

  We are one of the manufacturers of boiler and boiler parts in China. We have a team of engineers who have more than 20 years experience in designing, manufacturing, engineering, supplying of boiler and its spare parts. We manufacture CFB boiler, enameled corrugated plate, enameled tubular air preheater, rotary air preheater, H-finned economizer, spiral finned economizer, membrane water wall, header and other customized boiler parts. 
 
The headers of boilers include water-cooling hinders of boilers proper, economizer hinders, superheater hinders, etc. They function for gathering, mixing and redistribution in boiler systems. In structure, they include end cover hinders or necking hinders.

In manufacturing, the key of end cover hinder is welding. Since by manual arc welding, the weld joint is single-side welding without quality guarantee at the ends. In addition, due to large welding workload, frequent return for repair and long working period, it became the throat process of the whole hinder production. When making hinders of the style, we adopt advanced production technique, complete large equipment and mature technology, especially automatic submerged arc welding between hinders and end covers. Such welding methods have high manufacturing efficiency, good quality, beautiful welding shape, safety, reliability, etc.
The necking hinders of the Company are made by hot press and retracting of seamless steel pipes at special hinder necking machine. In this way, the hinders will have thicker walls and cleaner surface. The necking cover will form membrane stress rather than bending stress with desired stress performance under the effect of inner pressure. Many boiler factories have made stress test and bursting test. The tests have reached the same conclusion: the stress in end cover wall under working pressure is far lower than permissible stress of the material. The bursting pressure is over 20 times the working pressure during cold blasting. Without end cover, necking hinders have welding seams, large strength margin, high hinder pressure as well as safe and reliable performance. As a result, necking hinders are very popular among the manufacturers and users.
Checking hand holes of the hinders have welding style and mobile style.
