The energy saving boiler tubular air preheater is a general term used to describe any device designed to heat air before another process (for example, combustion in a boiler) with the primary objective of increasing the thermal efficiency of the process. They may be used alone or to replace a recuperative heat system or to replace a steam coil.
Advantages
1). We adopted the enamel coated air preheater, which has the function of anti-corrosion, wear resistance, anti-ash fouling, and long service life
2). Low temperature corrosion and ash fouling exists for boiler air preheater, especially if burning coal with high sulfur content. The users have to replace the parts or stop the machine to clean the ash, which takes cost for users.
