H-finned tube economizer is high efficient heat exchanger economizer which is consisted of H-finned tubes.
Structure:
The basic type is H type and double H type in line arrangement.
Product Introduction:
1. Material composition
It is made up of parallel serpentine tubes (carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.) and collection boxes and other supporting material composition. Tubes generally have 32, 38 and other types of specifications, according to user's needs separately.
2.Features
A. Compared with bare tube economizer, H-finned tube economizer can enlarge the heat exchange area and reduce the number of tubes. It also can increase the flue gas flow area in order to reduce the flue gas flow speed and abrasion.
B. H-finned tube can be made as double H finned tubes , with high rigidness to fit long tube row.
C. H finned tube economizer is arranged in line to divide the space into many small zones, then averaged air flow can reduce the abrasion.
D. With straight channel to gain the best ash-cleaning effect
E. Compact structure would reduce the weight as well as the production cost.
